
Finally, I get to work with a new office work PC. Well almost. My old PC was really messing up my eyes. For the past six months the screen has a way of turning purple as though it was having a asphyxiation fit. If seeing things in the color of purple wasn’t bad enough, the screen has the addition of going through a temporal phase blur effect. This definetely will cause my eyes to become really, really bonkers trying to focus on something that wasn’t even defined in the first place. (more…)

Tuesday, March 14th, 2006It’s been a while since I last exercised. I laid off for about four months due to a nagging Plantar Fasciitis condition, a heel inflammation which was especially sore in the morning just after waking up from sleep. Just before Chinese New Year, it was so irritating I finally got very fed up and ask the doctor for a cortisone steroid injection. This may not had been a good idea because steroid injection may give rise to other future further complication. But I just could stand it (literally!), and every step was like stepping on a pebble. Even with the injection it took about a week for inflammation to reduce. (more…)
Rain Jam

Whenever rain falls the traffic condition in Petaling Jaya or Kuala Lumpur gets really bad. The worlds climate has gone crazy and it seems Malaysia is no different. February month should have been a pretty hot month and it is supposed to be without rain. Alas no, it is still hot but then it pours in the afternoon pretty much cats and dogs. (more…)
Messier 101 Pinwheel Galaxy

The M101 nicknamed Pinwheel Galaxy is such beaut. It’s been awhile since I last read about astronomy. I guess it just one of my childhood hobby to gaze at stars and wonder whether there is any possibility of alien civilization out there. Given the current state of technology, chances mankind would not be able to venture much further than within the Solar system. It just takes too long to get anywhere. Unless somebody can make head or tails out of some of the new string theories and quantum science coming about; and from there, derive a machine that can either teleport to furthest reaches of space or travel faster than light. Cats can catch Bird Flu

Oh, boy! Cat owners beware! Just recently this news atricle caught my eye, “Cat found with bird flu.” Now that’s a thought. With my pet cat, Casper roaming all over the place I wonder it would be wise to confine him in the house instead. Not easy considering he is such hyper active little fella. (more…)
