Start A Business in 10 minutes a day

This is interesting. I was reading up the Entrepreneur Magazine and they came up with the concept of breaking your task and planning into ten minutes. Very often we all get overwhelm by the many things we have to do to reach our goal and objectives.

It makes it much harder when we look at the big picture and wonder ‘how on earth am I going to achieve it’ when everything else looks so big? Ever felt feeling small and before you can get going you just want to quit and go back to your comfort zone of worker wages? (more…)

Income from property rental

The progress of readying my Condominium in Bukit Jalil for rental has been going on for long enough! These are the risk we have to take if we were to explore the various avenues of creating income. Going into budget overruns and extended renovation time sure really suck your cash flow.

Fortunately for me, I still have sufficient reserves. But I have to keep track of the expenses, because the longer the delay, the more I have to spend. That’s why timing is crucial; being behind schedule makes it tough for my pocket. (more…)

A work at home business opportunity contingency plan

Today I was contact by an ex-colleague in Bangkok who has decided to start up a company on his own. It is a small business and he seems to be doing fine for the past one year after he left the company after facing much unhappy situation. Now this is not to say working with a company is not a good thing. If you have a good relation with your boss, a company can provide you with many benefits not afforded when you go on your own.
