Make money online – Adsense vs Nuffnang vs Advertlets and other entrepreneur ideas
Sunday, March 15th, 2009I picked up the latest copy of Personal Money magazine from the newsstand recently as one of the articles was about Nuffnang and about online entrepreneurs. The magazine article talked about three companies namely Elevyn.com, Nuffnang.com and Popfolio.net.
These entrepreneurs are not like us infopreneurs, they try to make their concept work by dealing with real world products and services and hawking them online. (more…)
Praise the Lord and the law of attraction
Friday, August 8th, 2008Is it human nature to complaint and murmur? Perhaps that it is so. We can all be very pessimistic about life in general especially when life is giving us frustration sometimes caused by ourselves and sometime by our family members, friends, colleagues and people in authority over us. Taking the example of Exodus of God’s chosen people, they too complaint about their situation to God and Moses for taking them into the harsh condition of the desert, even though they have escaped from their cruel Egyptian masters. Cherokee Indian youth rite of passage
Wednesday, July 16th, 2008Received this interesting message about a Cherokee Indian youth’s rite of passage. An encouragement to believers out there. Though there are some who might frown upon using other people’s culture for spreading the message of God. But do not forget, “All things are lawful unto me, but all things are not expedient: all things are lawful for me, but I will not be brought under the power of any. 1 Corinthians 6:12 (KJV)” and besides, “Keep your minds on whatever is true, pure, right, holy, friendly, and proper. Don’t ever stop thinking about what is truly worthwhile and worthy of praise. Philippians 4:8 (CEV)” (more…)
Father’s Day Presentation in Grace Assembly USJ Church
Monday, June 16th, 2008The recent presentation for Father’s Day in Grace Assembly USJ Church video was a lot of fun for everybody. The Fathers decided to take over the praise worship for Sunday morning service. And after that, did a presentation (with the the help of the Mothers) as a tribute to Fathers! (more…)
Juseleeno (Jucelino) Nonulega Da Roose Future Prediction
Monday, June 2nd, 2008One thing about prophecies including the Juseleeno (Jucelino) Nonulega Da Roose prediction, you have to take it with a pinch of salt. Nothing is certain about the future. As Albert Einstein said, “God do not play dice” because He knows with a great amount of accuracy what will happen in the future, but if it has not happened, it is not written in stone until it happens. An unfortunate vacation to Hanoi
Friday, October 19th, 2007What was it with Hanoi, Vietnam that makes even planning a trip there perilous? If there was some kind of jinx set upon a place I would most certainly say there was something about that holiday destination that didn’t seem to welcome us. (more…)
Let it go
Monday, May 7th, 2007Forgiveness. This seems to be a recurring theme for the past week. My cell was having some discussion about forgiveness; and today I receive in my inbox a pdf file titled, “A letter to the Global Church from The Protestant Church of Smyrna” about the horrific murders on three Christians on the 18th April,2007 in Malatya, Turkey. [http://www.izmirprotestan.org/] (more…)
Keeping the faith for success
Sunday, May 6th, 2007Prayers are good. The cry of desperation keeps me hungry for God and for success. Doesn’t make sense, but the Bible did mentioned that it easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle than rich man to enter the kingdom of heaven. So perhaps what I’m experiencing now for the lack of true success for some of my venture is perhaps God’s way of saying, “Don’t trust in the mechanism of man, but trust in the Lord.” He did release me from an oppressive tyrant. And he did heal my wife’s skin rashes in day when we tried all kinds of medication to no avail. His Spirit was so strong during my Sabah mission trip that people were slain in the spirit when I prayed over them. (more…)
