Finally, I&#8217;m getting a new bed for my bedroom. Lena and I have been sleeping on the floor ala Japanese style for the pass several months. Having shifted our previous bed to the condo for full furnish rental. We had already scouted out the mattress and bed frame at Harvey Norman and just today, it was the last day of sale! Yes, we managed to get 20% off the sales price.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>The new mattress and bed frame is not cheap! I have to make monthly installment for the next 9 months. I do hope the bed will live up to its expectation because it is oh so expensive!<\/p>\n<p>My condo tenant is really behind in his rental payment. Being a African businessman and student at the same time, his cash flow is not very good. That in turn, affects my cash flow because I have to make prompt payment to my RHB bank loan. I hope he will do his Christian thing and honour as much as possible the agreement to fulfill his rental payment though it might not be on time.<\/p>\n<p>Wish me luck on my regular rental collection.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Yeay!
