\n1) Remove the rear lens cap and the body cap by turning them<\/p>\n
Basic information on mounting and detaching the DSLR lens. <\/p>\n
\n1) Remove the rear lens cap and the body cap by turning them<\/p>\n
2) Attaching the lens by aligning the white dot (for EF-S lens) or red dot (for EF lens) of the lens and the body mount. Twist and turn the lens clockwise until it clicks into place.<\/p>\n
3) On the lens, if not already done, switch to AF mode for auto focusing. Leave it on MF for manual focusing.<\/p>\n

\n4) Remove the front lens cap, switch on the DSLR and you are ready to go!<\/p>\n
5) For removing the lens from the lens mount. Make sure the DSLR is switch off and the front lens caps is attached. Press the lens release button on the DSLR body, and twist the lens counter-clockwise.<\/p>\n
