My customer has a stock shortage situation due to bangkok unrest and port union strike. After much troubleshooting and checking with alternative, finally customer has no choice but to accept final solution of receiving cargo late. Though they still blame us for some poor arrangement for their main stock, I have done whatever I could. This experience has left me pretty exhausted mentally but I know I have put in my very best effort to solve the situation. My supplier was very appreciative of my effort but though my customer was not satisfied, I guess each person is entitled to their opinion. Customer may be king and they can put the blame on you for any problem even though it was through no fault of yours, in the end I have done my best and there is nothing else better that I could do.
